The buyer is a natural or legal person who places an order through the online store By placing a binding order, the buyer confirms that he has duly acquainted himself with the business conditions, they are understandable to him and he undertakes to follow them. It further confirms that it accepts the amount of the price for the ordered goods, including shipping costs and business conditions valid at the time of placing the order. The conditions further define and specify the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer and form the content of the purchase contract.

By concluding a purchase contract in accordance with these terms and conditions, the seller is obliged to hand over the ordered and physically available goods to the buyer and the buyer is obliged to take over the goods and pay the purchase price for it.

The characteristics of the goods listed on the website of the online store are based on currently available data from manufacturers and suppliers of materials for goods sold and works of art. The dimensions of manufactured goods from these materials are defined by the manufacturer of these goods. The color of the photographed products may differ slightly depending on the settings of the PC or phone.

An order of goods made by the buyer is considered a proposal to conclude a contract and is concluded only at the time of confirmation of the order by the seller.

The condition for the validity of the order is the completion of all required data - especially the exact identification of the buyer, address of permanent residence or registered office, delivery address, email, telephone number, exact designation of the type and number of ordered goods, method of transport and payment of goods.

The buyer is entitled to place an order for goods through the website -

The seller will confirm the order to the buyer electronically to the email address specified in the order.

The price of the goods is governed by the prices listed on at the time of sending the order. The price of the goods will be added to the amount for transport according to the choice of the buyer's method of transport.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

- transfer order

- Paypal payment

The purchase price is considered paid only by crediting it in full to the seller's account. The buyer can receive the goods only after full payment of the purchase price.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, it is necessary to credit the payment within 7 calendar days of creating the order. After this period, if the buyer does not pay the amount, his order is automatically canceled. The delivery period is extended by the time of crediting the seller's account.

The invoice issued on the basis of the purchase contract between the seller and the buyer also serves as a tax document and will be attached to the goods.

The buyer is entitled to choose the following delivery methods:

- CZECH POST - depending on the size of the shipment, it will be sent by registered mail or as a package in hand

Shipping prices are individual and correspond to the number and size of ordered goods. The buyer is informed of the exact price of transport before placing his order.

Upon agreement with the buyer, it is possible to choose another type of transport or pick up the goods in person at the agreed place.

The place of performance is the delivery address of the buyer stated in the order form. The goods will be delivered according to the buyer's choice.

The seller undertakes to ship the goods as soon as possible after payment of the purchase price. If the goods are in stock, the goods will be shipped within 3 working days. Delivery times are then governed by the carrier's transport conditions (Czech Post, Zásilkovna). The deadline for delivery of goods may be longer if the goods are not in stock and are ordered to order by prior agreement between the seller and the buyer. The seller will immediately inform the buyer about the delivery time of such goods.

If the seller does not have the ordered goods in stock or it will not be possible to prepare them for dispatch for any other reason, he will notify the buyer by email or telephone.

The buyer is entitled to cancel an order already made within one calendar day after sending the order without any requirements from the seller.

The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the delivered goods. Withdrawal from the contract is the right of the buyer, which, however, must not be abused. Returned goods must be undamaged and complete, without signs of use or wear. The buyer has no right to withdraw from the purchase contract if the goods are ordered according to the wishes or needs of the buyer outside of stock.

Withdrawal from the contract is best done in writing to the email address of the submitter. Indicate the invoice number, the date of receipt of the goods and the required method of refund, including the number of the buyer's bank account. After receiving confirmation from the seller that he has received the request, the buyer can send the goods to the seller. The cost of transport back is paid by the buyer.
